Role: AEM Lead 

 Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 6+ month

Interview: Phone/Skype          

Required Experience:
5 to 7 years of web application development experience with 2-3 years of web content management system experience working with one or more CMS packages, including Adobe CQ5 version 5.3 or above
Experience with mobile web development with CQ5 is preferred
Experience of web design and development in HTML5, CSS3, XHTML, XML/ XSL, JavaScript
Solid understanding of all CQ5 building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc., and the CQ5 development and deployment process
Hands on experience is required on Java, Java EE, JSP, Servlets, JSTL, Ajax, XML, JQuery and JSON web technologies
Suggest best practices on Web and Mobile needs
Participate in architectural review and design review
Resolve user-identified functional and technical issues relating to Adobe CQ5
Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementation
Good communication and handling client calls and experience in Offshore coordination
Good Team player and demonstrates initiative and self motivated

General:
- Works well in team environment
- Personally interested in Web Content Management, designing and building a great web user experience, designing and building great web-based business solutions
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable wearing several hats in an entrepreneurial atmosphere
- Interested/experienced in mobile web app and site development
