We are looking for a resource to fit in the Technology Lead or Technical Architect role with at least 8-9 years of working experience in Hadoop / Big data technologies and strong working knowledge on Cassendra,  CouchBase, STORM, SOLR and  Kafka.  Good Working knowledge on Hadoop architecture, Pig and Hive scripting, Java, J2EE framework, Java webservices (SOAP), Oozie scheduler and Unix Scripting is expected.

.Strong Experience in Angular JS , Bootstrap, Backbone.JS

.Experience in designing complex Java applications with exposure to user interface, real-time services and batch processing.

.Experience in delivery of Java EE projects in onshore offshore mode across all life cycle stages  requirements, design, development, testing and implementation.

.Hands on in various Java EE technologies like Spring 3.0, Struts, JMS, Web Services (Restful and SOAP Based), Quartz Scheduler, IBM MQ, WAS, Maven and XML technologies (JAXB, JAXP)Proficiency in designing database tables, their relationships & DB2 stored procedures.

.Good knowledge of J2EE Design and Architectural Patterns.

.Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks both at Java and database level.

Basic knowledge of UNIX commands and shell scripts. Knowledge and exposure to Agile Practices and Methodologies (Scrum, TDD, Automated unit testing with JUnit, Automated Functional Testing with Selenium, QTP etc.) would be a plus.

Skills:

·10+ years of BA experience with 5+ years in LS domain in Clinical Space

·Extensive experiencing interactions with business in requirements analysis and business process design

·Deep understanding of clinical analytics

·Understanding of medical devices domain will be an added advantage

Must have skills

. Understanding of Clinical Data Management/EDC platforms ( Oracle Clinical or Similar)

. Understanding of CDM standards (CDISC)

.Understanding of Business Analysis processes

.Understanding of Clinical Trial operations and CTMS processes

.Understanding of clinical operations and Clinical Data through clinical trials lifecycle

.Understanding of clinical trials analytics

Must have Domain experience

Job Profile Details :

Experience in Clinical data warehousing with Oracle LSH, Life Sciences Hub, Working knowledge of key CDISC standards, Hands on expertise with integration of source systems like EDC. Hands on experience with PL/SQL and /or with ETL tools like Informatica

·10+ years of experience with Life Sciences

·More than 5 years hands on experience with LSH

· Working knowledge of DMW ( data Management workbench will be added advantage)

Must have skills :

.Understanding of Biostatistics in clinical trial environment

.Biostatistics process and regulatory filings of clinical data downstream from EDC

.Exposure to SAS/SAS DD, " R" tools for biostatistics

.Understanding of clinical data management processes

 

 Good to have skills

.Understanding of clinical data warehousing

 Must have Domain experience
