Job Title: Big Senior Support Data Engineer.
Job Duration: Contract 6+ Months.
Job Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Job Description:

As a Data Engineer you will:
Design and develop code, scripts, and data pipelines that leverage structured and unstructured data integrated from multiple sources.
Support code developed by Engineering or Development teams.
Handle multiple projects and small teams of junior consultants.
Participate in planning and prioritization meeting with clients.
Define work packages for remote team and review code.
Leverage data domain and architecture knowledge to assist users with their analytics needs.
Work with client support teams to assist critical support issues requiring application SME.
Qualifications: Do you have amazing engineering skills such as:
Experience programming in Java
Support experience in Big Data or data warehousing environments.
Experience with Unix
Familiarity with other programming languages (Python, C, C++, etc.).
Background which includes mathematics, statistics, machine learning, and data mining.
Experience building complex and non-interactive systems (batch, distributed, etc.).
Experience with SQL, NoSQL, relational database design and methods.
Prior work/research experience with unstructured data and data modelling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
