Job Title: Onsite Engagement Manager
Experience: 6 - 10 Years
Location: San Antonio, TX
Duration: 6- 12 month contract

Role
The Onsite Engagement Lead will act as the primary Project Manager, Client Relationship Manager, and escalation point for all Client Deliverables. He/She is required to balance a number of priorities, including account management, project management, Client Communication, etc.

Primary Skills: - Project Management - Client Relationship Management

Job Responsibilities:
•Provide day to day leadership and personally involve in ensuring high levels of quality, Client satisfaction and employee satisfaction
•Lead the definition of the problem to be solved with the client executives and managers as well as defining the necessary data required for the analysis
•Establish Executive level relationships with key stakeholders, decision makers, etc
•Prepare and delivery succinct, clear, insightful and influential executive level presentations
•Effectively develop and lead internal engagement team, leveraging strengths and appropriately delegating

Operational Responsibilities:
•Lead the onsite team and co-ordinate with offshore team on a day to day basis to execute all deliverables
•Fully and completely project manage the client, the relationship, the projects, and all aspects of the client engagement
•Manage engagements as defined in Statement of Work to meet or exceed customer expectations
•Ability to deeply understand the client data and the ability to use that data to succinctly create analytics to drive client insight and actions to solve the defined problem
•Solicit feedback on deliverables from clients and funnel to project resources to ensure continual improvement
•Desired Skills and Experience
•Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
•Masters Degree preferred
•5+ years of experience leading and managing complex projects with outcome focused deliverables.
•3+ years of experience directly or indirectly leading a team of reports.
•Proven ability to interact with various levels within the client organization.
