Seeking a seasoned and experienced Cognos expert to perform assessment on in-progress work involving Cognos dynamic cubes and dashboarding. The successful candidate has a strong track record implementing complex and innovative Cognos solutions including a demonstrated understanding of best practices that include security.
The engagement is expected to run for 6 months and will require on site interactions with developers and project leadership based out of our Loveland, Colorado location.
Engagement Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of demonstrated use of the IBM Cognos suite:
o Query Studio, Report Studio, Analysis Studio, Business Insight/Workspace, Business Insight/Workspace Advanced, Metric Studio, Cognos Impromptu, Cognos Power Play Transformer, Dynamic cubes, Cognos Power Play, Cognos Scheduler, Cognos Access Manager
o Security (LDAP, Active Directory, Access manager, object level security, data security and custom authentication using Java)
o Mobile
o Experience with Cognos 10.2.2 is a must
Adept at building inviting dashboards with highly interactive and engaging user experience
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
