JD: SAP CRM TPM remote assignment
We need a contractor that can provide part time remote support in TPM ( Trade Promotion Management) Please review the following and let me know if you have someone interested in this project.
Requirement as stated by Client:
For the TPM Resource, in the near term, we are looking to backfill our current TPM Resource as he will be moving to a new role within Johnsonville. This backfill need will be short term until we can hire for his position, but hiring TPM skill sets into Wisconsin in the dead of winter will be difficult, so I'm anticipating a need of 4 months at least. While we don't have any specific projects scheduled for this space at this time, we would look to this resource to do any required configuration within our TPM environment based on business requirements and end user support for technical questions or requirements that come up. I would anticipate that it would be somewhere around 10 - 12 hours per week on average. Our current TPM environment includes Accelerated Trade Promotion Planning, Trade Funds Management, Trade Claims Management and Trade Promotion Effectiveness.
After we hire someone, we would be looking for support for that resource. To get a good understanding of what that support would be, you could look at the OSS messages we currently have logged and sent to SAP for ATPP and TPM. If you had the appropriate resources to work on those tickets, they wouldn't have to go directly to SAP. From time to time, we also still engage SAP resources for consulting needs. Often this is around things like the FOX code that ATPP leverages or the Excel interface, etc. We have been averaging around 8 - 16 hours / month in consulting hours in that space. I would anticipate that we would see that increase if we could leverage the AMS agreement for those consulting hours.
Ideally this will run for 4 months. Let me know if you have anyone available/interested/ and skilled enough to manage.
