Description:

• Strong expertise in design development and implementation of SOA based integrations
• 6+ years of experience with web services, ESB, SOA, distributed applications and interoperability – understanding of web service protocols such as SOAP and REST
• Must have at least 6 years of experience in the designing, deploying, monitoring, configuring and troubleshooting of enterprise solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks and BusinessConnect in a health care environment.
• Candidate must have a strong development background with emphasis on SOA, distributed and event-driven computing.
• Analysis and design skills of moderate complexity.

• Familiarity with iterative development life cycle and methodology.
• Extensive hands-on experience with message-oriented Middleware, Tibco, Java, and other relevant technologies (i.e., XML, XPath, HTTP, JMS, IBM WebSphere MQ, EMS and RV).
• Extensive experience with RDBMS (especially Oracle), SQL, PL/SQL.
• Proficient with the following tools and skills: Data Query Tools (TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, etc).

• Must have at least 6 years of experience with enterprise application integration development with solid working knowledge of Windows and UNIX.
• Strong working knowledge of VMWare or other virtual operating system.
• Must have working experience with HIPAA EDI X12s using TIBCO Business Connect.
• Highly desired EDI X12 transaction sets: Claims submission (837); Claims payment (835); Enrollment (834); Eligibility inquiry (270); Eligibility response (271); Claim status request (276); Claim status response (277); Service review (278); Group premium payment (820)
• Experience with TIBCO BPM tools is a plus.

• Must have strong knowledge with Web Services concepts.
• Must have strong functional spec and technical documentation skills.

• Leads/participates in the development of short and long-term infrastructure strategies to drive innovation, decrease speed to market, improve quality, and lower cost

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a broad range of project stakeholders (developers, architects, business leads, senior management etc), to meet the needs of the business and IT
• Ability to identify solutions to complex problems and business processes using tools and technologies to improve efficiency through automation, re-use, design patterns, and best practices
