Role: SAP CRM
Work Location: Burbank, CA
Rate: 500/day all inclusive
· SAP CRM professional with Overall 15 years of experience including 8years in SAP CRM& ECC
· Business Analysis, Implementation, Testing, Project Co-ordination activities, Configuration Management, support activities which includes integration with cross-module and legacy systems on various domains.
· Experience in cloud based CRM including SaaS (Software-as-a-Service)
· Extensive Domain knowledge includes good configuration expertise in Sales, Marketing, Service, Interaction Centre, Web UIin SAP CRM
· Experience with Middleware, replication, trouble shooting, Initial/delta load.
· Experience with Territory Management, Channel Partner Management, Case management, Service Contracts/Service Orders, Lean Orders, IBase Management, Complaints Management, Opportunity/Lead Management, Campaign management, Rule modeler
· Strong configuration knowledge of ERMS, Organizational structure, Navigation bar, business roles, inbox, broadcast messaging, activity clipboard, transaction types, transaction launcher, partner determination, status, activities
· Demonstrated capability in Team Management, Project Management and Transition Management for multiple Clients with diversified roles like project Lead, business analyst, solution architect and project manager
· Involved in presales activities like RFP, Transition workshops, solution walk through and customer training on SAP CRM 7.0
· Instigated the action plan for the team to resolve the long pending/outstanding issues/back log issues within very short span of time to assure compliance to the KPIs/SLAs
· Competent in leading and managing large teams involving onsite and offshore resources, presentation, documentation, User Training & support and knowledge transfer skills.
· Responsible for effective communication between the project team and the client
· Good Communication, self-motivated, Systematic approach, quick adaptability to new technologies, managerial and interpersonal excellent skills and demonstrated ability to work with senior level business clients to understand the key business drivers that impact client satisfaction and good motivator for the team.
