Job description
Job Title: Process Modeler
Location: Boston/NY
Duration: 6 months
Design and Delivery of client solutions:
Understand business requirements, business
Storyboarding the business requirement as per RIM
Translate business requirements to efficient and flexible RAGE models. This is the core responsibility of this role.
Deploy and transition the final solution to support.
Qualifications:
Excellent communications skills – verbal, written
Problem solver, analytical, logical
Thrives in pressure situations and able to juggle multiple priorities
Strong inter-personal skills
Experience in consulting, process transformation, process re-engineering, process design or six sigma roles preferred.
Very familiar with the software development lifecycle.
Education: Business or Engineering degree
Experience: 2+ years of industry experience. Should have worked on BPM tools/rule based engines such as IBM Rationale Rows, Pega Rules Process Commander, Lombardi Team works or similar business process modeling rules engines. 

Additional Skills: Good analytical skills. Excellent communication skills (written/verbal). Good at documentation (MS Office, MS Visio preferable). Exposure to database/sql
