Must have excellent comm skills:

 

Skills:

• Prior Test Lead experience, including developing & managing test plans, reporting status, and development of defect resolution process.
• Prior Oracle experience (Preferred)
• ALL MANUAL, They will not be doing any hands on testing.
• THEY ARE NOT MANAGEING PEOPLE, but will lead the project and work with PM's and Tech leads
• They will be managing and organizing initiatives test cycles and working with the team
• They will be leading the initiatives & coordinate the testing of all the modules (Project Accounting, SCM, HCM, FI, OTL (Time and labor), PY , HR

 

Responsibility:

·         Responsible for the compliance of the test phase to the test strategy

·         Creation of test approaches per test stage

·         Set-up and maintenance of test support tools

·         Coordination of the test activities of the process teams

·         Responsible for the creation of the overall test plan in coordination with the process teams and clarification of metric requirements

·         Regular reporting of testing progress and test issues to project management containing the defined testing metrics, issues, risks and actions

·         Regular information of and communication with consultants / process leads

·         Define defect management process and adherence to it

·         Ensure that defined entry and exit criteria are met

·         Refreshing and updating test strategy document to ensure relevance to current project

·         Producing and agreeing the UAT approach and process with the business

·         Producing UAT plans and overlaying key tasks from these into the main Project Plan

·         Organizing and coordinating of test cycles for system testing & UAT (planning, organizational skills, stakeholder engagement:  Business leads, end users, function managers)

·         Implementing defect management process and communicating

·         Managing, allocating and tracking of defects and resolution (planning, organizational skills)

·         Producing statistics and status/dashboard reporting on progress of various test cycles

·         Work with the Change Lead as necessary
