Req: Project Manager @ Richfield, MN (Only LOCALS)
LOCALS ONLY
12 month+ contract opportunity for a Project Manager to work on multiple projects and manage 5-20 individuals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project plan development.
- Financial/budget planning and management.
- Manage 5-20 individuals.
- Manage JAD Sessions.
- Hold teams accountable on estimates.
- Resource Planning.
- Follow Agile Methodology.
MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Strong Project Management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience managing budgets of 5MM+
- Familiarity with Agile processes
- Familiarity with Version 1 Agile tracking tool
Experience with:
- MS Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint, CRM and Workflow Management Software
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Results driven, and the ability to lead and influence
- Proven issue resolution, conflict resolution and consensus building skills
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
