Role: Oracle Functional Compensation Work Bench Analyst
Work Location:  Columbus OH
Rates: $70h all inclusive on C2C/1099

1 Month project

REQUIRED:
• At least 5 years of overall Oracle HCM implementation experience
• Strong skills in designing, configuring and testing Compensation plan using Oracle CWB.  
• Preferred experience with setting up custom responsibilities
•  Participation in each phase of at least 3 full Oracle EBS lifecycle implementations
•  Working in a module lead role on at least 1implementations
•  Experience with the OUM delivery methodology
•  Knowledge of SQL and experience crafting techno-functional design specs
•  Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
