· Ability to write own Perl Modules and subroutine packages
· Ability to read the manual and self-teach
· Ability to quickly read and understand legacy code
· Ability to train and lead an Offshore Team size of 4-5
· SPOC for all the application issues
· Gather all the requirements from client and guide offshore team in Development / Production Support
