Role: Operation Support Engineer(Unix) 
Work Location: San Jose, CA
Rates: $450/ Daily All Inclusive on C2C/1099


JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for an Operation Support Engineer(Unix) with good exposure in Linux System in the DevOps domain

Required:
- 5+ years of experience working in enterprise grade application support environment in individual contributor position.
- Experience with PLSQL/Scripting/API development
- Strong experience in working with various shell across Linux flavors preferably Redhat
- Hand on experience in analyzing system health using Linux (top/ps/iostat/netstat/free/du)
- Strong scripting ability using languages like Shell/Perl/Python/Ruby etc
- Familiar with transactional  database like Oracle/mySQL/Postgree/MySQL
- Good analytical and debugging ability
- Ability to automate routine tasks scripting language
- Strong experience in implementing/supporting multiple applications in enterprise environments
- Ability to communicate across various application teams and priorities and take an incident to its logical conclusion

Good to have
- Working knowledge of tools like Chef/Puppet/Anisible or other infrastructure automation tools
