* Conduct Meetings, Schedule and Facilitate Business Process Review sessions

* Provide expertise in terms of SFDC functionality and integration

* Advise with data cleansing and upload data for prototype

* Recommend and Communicate Best Practices

* Demonstrate SFDC prototype to business audience

Job Description:

Performance test planning, not limited to scripting, execution, result analysis and reporting.

Stakeholder management. Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, thread usage, Garbage collection, and DB connection to verify the performance of the Application.

Analyze the network connections and logs to troubleshoot any network issues.

·Other Skills                            :               SAP working knowledge and experience in SAP performance testing is a must.

Tibco Developer Lead – We are currently looking for a Sr. Tibco BW (Business Works) developer with basic Oracle database knowledge.

Required Qualification/Expectations :

·         4 or more years of related experience in software design and development.

·         Ability to provide level of effort estimates and to perform tasks within the estimated level of effort and schedule

·         Ability to work independently without any supervision

·         Experienced working in a high paced environment and ability to work effectively under pressure/stressful conditions to meet tight deadlines

·         Ability to work well in a team and interact effectively, including the ability to mentor and provide leadership to other engineers.

·         Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Job description:  

1.       Manage all compliance related efforts in the Member Interaction and Communication. The applications include PeopleSafe, IVR, CMP, CareSource/RxSource and Hercules.  The efforts include PCI, PII, HIPAA, audit, Verocode scan and PAR etc. 

2.       Understand the general compliance requirements in the industry and specific compliance initiatives from the company.

3.       Coordinate with teams inside and outside Member Client Service (MCS) area.

4.       Make sure all compliance efforts are on time and under budget.

 

Qualifications:

1.       Strong technical background in web development (Java/J2EE/OOD/OOP).  8+ years of programming experiences.

2.       Strong communication and personal skills

3.       Project management experiences.  PMP is preferred

4.       BS in Computer Science or similar field
