We have several new junior level BSA openings in Minneapolis. Rate is $40/hour on 1099/C2C all inclusive . Looking for junior level BSA with capital market experience.
Here is the job description for a BA / BSA role:
• Excellent skills interacting with business and technology stakeholders / SMEs in soliciting requirements for complex projects and document use cases and user requirements
• Coordinate with various business groups and technology groups and derive business solutions
• Ability to build test cases for System and user acceptance testing, business checkout validation, perform System and user acceptance testing (UAT) and perform business validation
• Excellent analytical, inter-personal and communication skills in articulating the business requirements/solutions with larger audience, expressing suggestions, discussing issues and finding solutions
• Has high emotional competence, self-directed and able to work with tight timelines
• Ability to deal with ambiguity on a consistent basis and determine task needed with minimal direction
• Strong attention to detail and understand business needs and link them to the technology
• Skills in communicating tough messages
• Experience working in Banking & Financial Service sector.
