Other skills:

Should have good communication skills and able to lead the team.

Position   :   Functional tester (RMS – RESA (Retail sales audit).

Location   :   Parsippany, New Jersey

Duration   :   6 months ( Might be extended )

Skill set / JD : 

Experience            : 8 + Yrs.

Approx. Start date    : Immediate

Job Description:

·         Need a Functional tester with more than 8 years of experience in retail area with more than 4 years of experience in RMS – RESA (Retail sales audit).

·         Resource should have sound knowledge of Oracle RMS sales audit module and should have worked in multiple project which involves RESA system.

·         Automation knowledge in RMS will be an advantage but not mandatory.

·         Resource should have very good communication and interpersonal skills and should be self-motivated.

·         Should work without any guidance and should be able to work with offshore well.

Position   :   DW/BI - Test Lead

Location   : Charlotte, NC

Eligibility: H1 / Gc / USC 

Skill set / JD : 

Experience : 7+ Yrs

Skill  :

DataWarehouse Testing ,Netezza, Teradata and Unix testing experience

Duration   : 3 - 6 months

Job Description:

·         7-10 yrs Experience in Data ware house testing primarily usingNetezza , Microstrategy and Teradata.

·         Able to lead and execute Data warehouse testing project

·         Very good knowledge of Netezza and Teradata tool for ETL testing and Microstrategy for Reports testing.

·         Hands on experience in the tools mentioned and complex data warehouse testing.

·         Hands on experience in Unix.

·         Ability to migrate/deploy jobs, validate release manuals.

·         Debug errors and defects and provide RCA.

·         Conduct data validation and data quality testing.

·         Strong SQL knowledge.

·         Strong analysis skills using the tools to find RCA's. Experience in HP ALM and JIRA tool. Should have Agile work experience in D.

Location : Hartford, Connecticut

In addition to the standard QA Practice experience (i.e. Test Creation/Planning, Execution, Defect Identification, etc.) we are looking for the following skills: 

• Provides deep testing knowledge and develops expertise within business areas. 

Ability to effectively communicate across a wide audience with varying technical skillsets (i.e. team, key stakeholders, business resources) 

Knowledge and understanding of Automation & Performance testing 

§ Ability to develop and plan is preferred 

• Ability to work as a Development Team member on an Agile Scrum Team 

Represent the 'voice of QA' within scrum team (recommending testing approaches, options, and techniques) 

Interprets and influences improvement opportunities for QA Practices 

Critical thinking and ability to execute Risk Analysis 

Adaptability to new and changing situations 

Ability to read/interpret developer code
