BI Business Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, AZ
8+ years of overall experience in Business Intelligence with 6+ years on SAP BI
Strong BW design and Technical capabilities
Working experience on BO Tools – WebI, BO Analysis, BO Design Studio
Strong Backend and Frontend design with In-depth understanding of ETL Process in doing extraction from different kinds of Source Systems to BW System
Ability to analyze requirements, evaluate alternate designs and propose solutions in a SAP BI/BO Reporting environment
Candidate should have excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to facilitate and coordinate discussion and to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders
Work in an onsite-offshore model involving daily interactions with offshore teams to ensure on-time quality deliverables.
Working Experience in both Support and development model projects
Should have experience is providing fixes to eliminate root cause of failures.
BO Experience with SAP BW as backend is essential
Knowledge of FI, CO, SD, MM and APO Process areas in SAP
Knowledge of SAP HANA
