It would be a phone to face to face interview.
-over 10-12 years java experience
-good architecture experience
-must have good hands on coding experience
-J2EE experience
-Spring
-database work
-REST webservices
-run meetings, talk to business users
-manage a team of 5-6 people
-good communication skills.
Candidate MUST be an architect. Must face to face also. Looking for Core Java, J2EE, HTML/CSS, Spring, REST webservices.
