Key skills:

-- Overall at least 10 years, ideally 15 years experience

-- At least 5 years of CA IDM (NOT CA Siteminder or other CA products)

-- Should have gone through 2-3 implementations of CA IDM at large organizations

-- Should have fair degree of balance of product knowledge -- i.e., between high level (design) and in-depth (config) level 

-- MUST HAVE: good working knowledge of complex IDM usecases especially in Password management space (since the current project is dealing with Password Management only)

-- MUST HAVE: thorough knowledge of the CA IDM connectors (at least for AD, Mainframe and Exchange) 

-- MUST HAVE: good interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer interactions in a polished manner

-- Onsite/offshore  delivery experience is a plus
