Production Support / Business System Analyst

Qualifications:
• Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, business administration, finance, project management or a related field.
• Requires minimum of five or more years of increasing responsibilities in the areas of business/project management, system/application development, customer service, and/or Information Technology field.
• Must have the ability to manage projects and have persuasive and effective negotiation skills.
• Must have the ability to lead a team to achieve high levels of performance and be a Team Player.
• Requires ability to serve as liaison between business unit employees and Information Technologies developers to transform business objectives into information technology solutions.
• Proven ability to provide functional and non-functional requirements from business initiatives.
• Must have the ability to gather and analyze complex data from multiple sources, develop comprehensive analysis, propose alternatives, and execute decisions to implement changes.
• Must have experience working with Enterprise databases developing complex queries, ETL capabilities, and reporting.
• Must have solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), web and mobile-based technologies, system and application architecture, sequence and activity diagrams, and the ability to develop and execute test cases in all phases of software testing.
Responsibilities:
The position will be responsible for providing Production Support Customer Facing Systems such as the My Account portal, Customer Information System for Corporate Objectives (CISCO), and SAP CRM. Qualified candidates will have the technical aptitude and experience supporting large-scale solutions spanning across the enterprise Information Technology landscape. As a member of the Customer Facing Systems Team, you will be expected to research and resolve daily business system issues, coordinate with internal and external resources to identify the cause for the issue, and work with the business and IT teams to develop solutions to the address the issues.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly translate technical information to the non-technical user.
• Working with the business, Project Management Office (PMO), and IT, create Solution Requirements Document (SRD) that will contain detailed business requirements, background, and other key information needed by the IT to develop test plans and technical requirements.
• Research and resolve issues in a timely manner working with the business, PMO, and IT while adhering to IT Product Lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
• Utilizes multi-platform data sources and data-mining methodologies to help develop test cases, generate test data, and validate/replicate system and applications issues.
• Manages small-to-large initiatives including complex system enhancements and new system functionality utilizing proven project management methodologies.
• Leadership role on project teams that includes business clients, other business analysts, PMO, and IT. Foster team growth by providing training, guidance and feedback to members of the team.
• Develops project plans, prioritizes project tasks, and provides regular status updates on project progress to management and stakeholders.
• Engage with the business, PMO, and IT to understand current and future business needs that can be addressed by changing technology innovation.
• Coordinates with the business, PMO, and IT for on-time delivery of solutions, adherence testing practices, and migration to production system changes.
