Work Location: Inner Grove Heights, MN

 

 

SAP Quality Management 
Responsibilities include process design, SAP system configuration, implementation and post go-live support.  
Experience 
Production Planning and Quality Management consultant with strong Demand to Supply (DTS) experience. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate business 
and technical skills in direct and indirect procurement processes. The candidate should have at least 5 years of working experience with the SAP PP and SAP QM m
odules. Professional Certifications in Quality Management or Six Sigma is a plus.  
 
Process skills 
Business process experience in at least the following areas:
            Material requirements planning
            Demand Management
            Shopfloor control and rework
            Subcontracting
            Batch management and serialization
            Quality inspections a plus
            Quality notification a plus
 
Key Competencies / Skills
The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Functional and configuration experience is required with SAP 6.0 PP and QM m
odules with cross functional knowledge in WM, MM and SD
            Material masters, BOMs, Routings, Production versions, purchase info records
            Inspection plans, sampling procedures, schemes, dynamic modification rules, inspection characteristics
            Material requirements planning
            Demand Management
            Shopfloor control and rework
            Subcontracting
            Batch management and serialization
            Quality inspections a plus
            Quality notification a plus
 
 
Also experience in the following areas is required: 
            Development of Functional Specifications
            Testing: test scripts development, execution and coordination
            Experience with a tool such as HP QC  for testing monitoring and defect (issues) resolution
            Experience with SharePoint
            MS Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
 
Other desirable experience:
            PLM integration
            IDOC knowledge and experience

Other qualifications include strong analytical and organizational skills, success with working in teams and milestones, and strong computer skills.  Willingness
 to travel during implementations required.  An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is required.
