Job Description:
Requirements 7 years of Testing / Development experience in outbound fulfillment domain.4-5 years application development utilizing some or all of the following technologies: C#, OOPS, XML, XSLT, SQL Server / Oracle Design Patterns. , Oracle Database , MQ , Web services Experience with B2B communications protocols, BPEL, Rules engine, Test management tools like QC / TFS, Testing automation Tools like QTP / Selenium / QA Run. Expert knowledge of the concepts of the Software Lifecycle Development cycle and Application software Testing; Expert knowledge of testing processes and defect management process/tools. Expert knowledge of Order creation systems Excellent verbal/ written communication skills, able to craft executive level communications and influence others Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems Demonstrated ability to create and implement Test Strategy Strong preference given to candidates that are SDET qualified Responsibilities: Collaborate with Program Managers, Developers, Architects, and Management to build and execute a clear Test strategy for the team. Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to incorporate use of virtual test environments in portfolio testing Track the execution trend for Portfolio Participate in Application Level Estimation for a Program/Release Review oversee Test Results through the program SIT cycle Create KPI scorecard of key test measurements, collaborate with extended team and partners to develop and execute continuous improvement plan
