looking for a DBA that can come in and create a backup/restore plan for implementation, a 

production/replication plan for implementation, assist with a hardware migration, and reporting/performance tuning 

in a Windows MySQL environment 

• 3-5 years minimum experience with MySQL (multiple versions). Candidate must have deep hands-on knowledge of MySQL internals, monitoring, tuning, setting up and administering databases 

• Demonstrated database design and SQL programming skills to perform troubleshooting and data manipulation tasks 

• Experience with multi-master clustering (HA) and MySQL replication, experience with grid management structures a plus 

• Experience with performance tuning and optimization. (Query optimization, index tuning, caching and buffer tuning)
