We need a WebSphere Commerce Server Consultant

Location: Boston, MA

Duration: Long Term

 

 

Job Description:

WebSphere Commerce development

Develop online stores for B2C and B2B using WebSphere Commerce technology. Override native behaviour of the software package with customized commands. Build EJBs to extend native database. Support marketing initiatives with campaigns, promotions and Line-of-Business tools.

 

Solution Architecture and Technical Problem Solving

• Working as part of a team with senior developers/architects to design the system architecture and create solutions for technical problems that arise during a project.

 

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Programming: J2EE (Java, JDBC, JSPs, servlets), WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Commerce JSF, Struts, SQL, XML, and HTML
• Tools: Rational Application Developer, Eclipse
• Problem Solving: Candidates should have a strong interest in solution architecture and technical problem-solving.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
