NOTE: Need local to Illinois who can go for F2F after telephonic

Can consider USC-GC-H1B's

Job Description:
·Consultants should have ability to read, understand, and analyze complicated ABAP HR programs
·No SAP ABAP writing or development. If any, it will be minimal.

Must have skills :
·Required 10+ years of SAP consultant into information technology
·Should be familiar with ALE
·Need strong knowledge in SAP HCM
·Required analyzing business logic in SAP interface
·Should have experience translating SAP analysis results to new specification for client, Where vendor can use it to develop integration in.
·Should have heavy documentation and heavy testing on new solution
