Job Title: HPUX Administrator

Location: Bellevue, WA

Duration: 6 months

Rate: $open/hr all Inc

Required Skills:

 

·         Excellent communication skills necessary.

·         Excellent writing skills.

·         Will be asked to develop and document processes

·         Will be asked to write-up technical instructions

·         9+ years of HP UX experience - Strong knowledge of HPUX 11.31.

·         Must understands how to use Ignite-UX, Virtual Server software, VCS, LVM, and VXVMo

·         Experience in system patching

·         Strong VERITAS Clustering and Symantec Storage Foundation is a plus

·         On site in Seattle (can't be remote)

·         Work includes off hours and on call if needed

·         Can start ASAP

 

 

Job Title: Network Engineers (2)

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 9 months

$open/hr all Inc

 

Skills Required:

·         Participate in solution development and costing in collaboration with engineering teams

·         Organize and manage implementation

·         Carry out configuration & testing

·         Participate in change management process

·         Organize post implementation support for all installed hardware and services

·         Ensure all new services are fully production ready according to project schedule

·         Ensure all redundant equipment & services are decommissioned

·         Perform Move-to-Production duties and Update site documentation on all changes made

·         Handover support to operations teams

·         Possess relevant technical certification or equivalent experience on network technologies (HP Networking/3Com product lines)

·         Good working experience on Telecom infrastructure technologies, e.g. LAN, WAN, Wireless LAN, VLAN

·         Execute Implementation Plan

·         Insure the proper change plan is in place with the right resources engaged

·         Organize resources through vendor, if required

·         Provide sound fallback/contingency plan

·         Attend regular project meetings and provide status reports weekly

·         All services built to the specifications provided by engineering on time and within budget

·         Provide all documentation required for ongoing support

·         Organize ongoing support including any training

·         Organize testing to validate redundancy works as designed prior to moving to production.  Validate and ensure the end user experience is working as designed.

·         Perform the move to production for all devices and insure hardware make/model, device names, and software versions conform to LAN Council standards.

·         Insure the CMDB is updated properly

·         Insure the standard level of code is installed on the device(s)

·         Insure the devices are setup for monitoring and validate.

·         Provide complete device list to the project manager of all devices implemented, changed or decommissioned

·         Responsible for insuring the placement of wireless access points are per the plan and if not update the documentation on those changes.  Work with local resources to test the wireless signal strength if required.

·         Responsible for any network issues that are encountered with the newly implemented network for the warranty period.

·         Organize handover of support to L1/L2 operations team.

 

Job Title: Network Server Engineer's (4)

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 9 months

All inclusive

 

Candidates do need a wide range of the following skills, but there experience level does not need to be too deep.  Looking for a TC2 or TC3 level to fill these roles.  Here are the skills:

Operating Systems:

·         ? Windows, Linux

·         ? MS-Windows OS: Windows 2008 & 2003

·         ? Unix/Linux OS: Novell SUSE SLES, Sun Solaris 10 & Sun Solaris 8, RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) 4, 5, & 6

·         Virtualization

·         ? MS-Windows Virtualization: VMware ESX (Virtualization Server) (std.) Citrix Metaframe (Remote Access Virtualization) (std.)

·         Clustering technologies

·         ? Clustering fundamentals (vertical, horizontal, High Availability, failover, hardware and software)

·         Architecture

·         ? Understands three tier architecture

·         Load Balancing, Firewall & Security

·         ? Load balancing and Networking fundamentals (DNS, F5 Load Balancer, Cisco Firewall, ACE Modules, Cisco Smart Switches)

 

 

Job Title: Windows/Linux Administrator

Duration: 6 months

Location: Portland, OR

$/hr all inclusive

 

Server maintenance, provisioning, troubleshooting

·         VMware administration

·         HyperV administration

·         Virtual Connect experience

·         HP blade experience

·         Windows and Linux experience

·         Skills Required

·         3 + years of Windows administration

·         3+ years Linux administration

·         VMware

·         hyper-V

·         HP equipment
