Open to either 6 or 12 month+ initial contract opportunities with strong potential of extensions. They can start as soon as possible.

- Fiserv Unifi, CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau), TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure rule implementation, Mortgage Operations, Fulfillment or Under-writing.

Other DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Functions as the liaison between the business line, operations, and the technical areas throughout the project cycle.
-Possesses strong knowledge of Mortgage Origination Compliance, Fiserv Unifi Experience and Loan Origination/Lending.
-Must be very experienced and able to gather requirements, deliver, translate, and document on the functional specifications.
-Plays a key role in requirements gathering with the customer.
-Identifies system enhancements, documents business needs and determines development impact to current system processing.
-Works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy of enhancements.
-Provides input into the creation of detailed project plans, work assignments, target dates and other aspects of assigned projects.
-Provides guidance and context in prioritizing and determining complexity of problems and requests.
-Partners with the technical areas in the research and resolution of system and process problems.
-Works with programming resources (in house and third party) to ensure development work is completed to specification.
-Need strong written and verbal skills needed.
