Role: ITIL / ITSM Technical Specialist

Location: West Sacramento, California

Duration: 3/18/15 – 8/31/15

Max Rate: Negotiable (Depending on experience)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Expert Certified

· Provide subject matter expert Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) services based on industry best practices. Such services may include but are not limited to: making process assessments, guiding the provisioning and/or improvement of quality IT Services and the processes, tools and other capabilities to support them.

· Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in ITSM process improvement and management using industry best practices; at least three (3) years of said experience must have been at an expert level both technically and in measure of responsibility.

· Must have strong experience in the analysis, design, development, implementation, re-engineering and maintenance of ITSM processes.

· Must have extensive working knowledge and experience managing complex projects using all aspects of the Project Management lifecycle.

· Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a variety of audience types using different mechanisms including informal updates, formal presentations, reports, and other analytical and technical documents.

· Must be experienced with complex IT environments in both the public and private sectors, to identify and synthesize service offerings into a customer understandable IT Service Portfolio and Service Catalog.
