·         Experience in Salesforce.com CRM platform using Visual force, Apex classes with operational analytics, project management, and quality assurance with emphasis on process improvement.

·         Experienced in SalesForce.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Visual force, Force.com API. Hands on experience in developing and deploying custom integration Salesforce.com CRM solutions.

• Extensive experience in designing of custom objects, custom fields, pick list, role based page layouts, Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, custom Tabs, custom reports, report folders, report extractions to various formats, design of Visual Force Pages, Snapshots, Dashboards, and Email generation according to application requirements.
• Experienced customizing standard objects Accounts, Contacts, opportunities, Products, Price books, Cases, Leads, Campaigns, Reports and Dashboards
• Proficient in security and sharing rules at object, field, and record level for different users at different levels of organization.

• Have performed page layout customization, page layout assignment based on profiles and created custom links based on user requirement.
• Experience in Data migration using Import Wizard, Apex Data Loader
• Ability in creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Tasks and actions, Dashboards, Reports, and Validation
• Experience in SFDC development using Apex classes and Triggers, Visual Force, Force.com IDE, SOQL, SOSL
• Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methodologies including Agile, Waterfall and V-Model.

·         Experience in implementing Enterprise applications using Java, EJB, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Web Services, JavaScript, XML and HTML.

Excellent experience in using Oracle, SQL Server and SQL databases and Familiar with Stored procedures, Triggers and Functions using PL/SQL.
