| Responsibilities | • Strong development skills in the Java programming language and strong experience in web programming • Understand existing build and deployment process • Comfortable with the various tools in the Java ecosystem such as Maven, Ant, Jenkins, etc • Automation of build and deployment |
| Technical Skills | • Should have core Java development experience including J2EE framework like Spring • Web service development and consuming experience is highly required • Must be able to drive the project technically • Experience in Hibernate is desirable • Should have working experience of Jenkins or Hudson • Should have experience in any of the build tool preferably Maven, ANT • Should have experience in Linux environment, developing Shell Scripts and leveraging functionalities such as ssh, public-private keys, etc., • Should have done build and release automation in their earlier projects |
| General Skills | • Good communication skills • Should have worked on agile development projects • Should have good analytical skills • Good co-ordination skills • Multi task and being able to prioritize effectively |
