What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?
* Perform solution architecture and design within Pega PRPC
* Design class structure, data model and application frameworks
* Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding
* Enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding
* Run JAD session with business and IT teams and support requirements and use cases
What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?
Tracer, DB trace, Oracle
PRPC Rule Resolution / Inheritance / Circumstancing, Persistence, Agents, Services
JMS/JNDI Connectors, PRPC Multi-node architecture and caching
WebSphere deployment, PRPC configuring & troubleshooting.
SOAP / XML / WS-Security
What skills/attributes are a must have?
Certificate Qualifications:
CSA Pega PRPC Certification
7+ years experience working on software development projects
What skills/attributes are nice to have?
Security experience
CSSA, CLSA, CMBB, and any other Pega certifications are a huge plus.
