We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Information Technology team in our Chandigarh office. In this role you can leverage our long-standing reputation as an industry leader to satisfy both clients and candidates.
The ideal person for this role will satisfy client job needs by selecting candidates who are well-matched in position qualifications, as well as company values. In order to ensure exceptional customer service, maintenance of strong relationships and ongoing contact with clients and candidates will also be a function of this role.
Profile: Recruiter/ Senior Recruiter
Location: Chandigarh, India / Hyderabad, AP, India
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for:
Recruiting
Manage candidate inventory and sourcing levels to meet the current anticipated needs of the existing client base
Identify new and creative means for sourcing Information Technology consultants within established and proposed skill sets
Conduct formal interviews with potential candidates
Manage the referral process
Staffing
Interact with internal Account Executives and/or clients to fully understand staffing needs and position descriptions/requirements
Manage and utilize all resources to identify appropriate candidates for assignments
Coordinate the lifecycle recruitment process from interview to placement on an assignment
Manage ongoing relationships with temporary workforce, including payroll, attendance, benefits and compensation issues
Desired Skills and Experience
IT recruitment experience
Knowledge of various types of technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against a tight deadline
Strong motivation for personal success
Strong record of accomplishment via previous commission earnings statements
Broad knowledge of IT products & services – app Dev and infrastructure & technical support
Experience recruiting W2's, Corp-to-Corp's and FTE candidates
Strong proficiency using Boolean & web-based searching tools
Experience using social media tools & techniques
Strong contract negotiating skills
Excellent telephone skills and fact-finding ability
Adept at relationship building and generating referrals – attendance at industry networking events
Strong desire & commitment to work hard to achieve financial success
