Bench Sales US IT Recruiter Work From Home Job Marketing, OPT, CPT, EAD, USC, GCH & H1B Hiring & Marketing

• 1 to 2 years progressive technical & Bench sales recruiting experience
• Earlier Work experience on SAP & BA is a huge plus
• Should have strong network connections & Relationship Management with Tier-1 Vendors
• Should be capable of placing consultants through his/her own network.
• Good working exposure with job portals such as Dice, monsterUSA, linkedin, careerbuilder, techfetch.
• Gathering requirements for consultants from Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking techniques.
• Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up regarding the rates and client interviews.
• Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.
• Strong consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the org as well as externally

Requirements:
Candidates must have their own computer in a proper working condition with high speed Internet connection for making US calls.
Company will provide a Phone Connection besides fixed salary and incentives.
