Title: Support Engineer III

Location: Washington, DC

Duration: Long Term

Duties and Responsibilities

Design, Development, and troubleshooting of custom .Net applications, SharePoint sites, and Dynamics CRM solutions

• Consults and collaborates with team members and customers to resolve highly technical issues

• Authors and maintains the support documentation on reported issues and their resolutions.

• Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving submitted help-desk tickets and customer reported issues

Required Knowledge and Skills

Must have experience with the software development.

• Strong problem solving skills

• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Expert understanding and knowledge of relational databases

• Demonstrates ability to analyze information, document conclusions, and develop logical recommendations

• Must exercise excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills

• Must be able to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks to meet deadlines

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook).

• Proficiency with MS Visual Studio

• Programming experience in any language (C# preferred)

At least 5 years of experience in the design, development, and maintenance of .Net solutions

At least 3 years of experience in the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint solutions

At least 2 years of experience in MS SQL Server database design, development, maintenance, and T-SQL scripting

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

Dynamics CRM design, development, and maintenance Experience a plus

Oracle database design, development, maintenance, and PL/SQL scripting Experience a plus

Microsoft BizTalk design, development, and maintenance Experience a plus
