Title: Facets Resource
Duration : FTE/C2H/ C2C
Location : Denver, CO

Job Roles/Responsibilities
Core job duties: 
·         Broad knowledge in Facets [4.xx/5.xx] across various Facets modules [Membership, Claims, Provider]
·         Extensions/Batch concepts surround the Facets modules
·         Basic CDHP Concepts
·         Oracle TOAD 10g
·         Knowledge in US Healthcare Payer industry

Overall Qualifications required:
·         Strong communication and customer skills.
·         Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and documentation skills.
·         Prior hands-on experience in Production support project.

Must Have Skills:
·         Facets (Core/Extensions)

Working hours: Normal Hours (But need to be on call 24/7 support to resolve the Severity 1 issues)
