Explanation for Position:
The UPS – Sales Automation Technology Team is seeking CRM professionals who are
interested in working with cutting edge CRM and Mobility Technologies to assist in
the development and deployment of a new CRM Solution supporting a very large
global Sales and Marketing team.
The candidate will be leveraged to build and deploy UPS' CRM solution and work
on Global CRM initiatives. Candidate must have recent extensive experience
deploying a CRM solution. MS Dynamics 2011 or better or Salesforce.Com.
Details of Position:
Provide assistance with establishing the infrastructure, revisions to the data model, how to
best configure/customize the product and how to integrate across 50+ integration
points likely using JAVA based Jboss Fuse. Candidate will assist with the creation of
Global Templates with roll outs to Europe, North America and Asia. He or she is
expected to recommend solution alternatives when required and present both
short term and long term strategies for integration and content delivery. The
resource will influence the development and implementation of the vetted CRM
solution and will work with CRM SMEs to routinely evaluate existing interfacing
applications while review information required to remove process bottle-necks.
Management Skills:
Experience in all aspects of systems life cycle management is required. The
successful candidate should be able to collaborate with peers and external teams
in order to coordinate efforts to complete project objectives (coding, deployments,
testing, etc.). He/She should have experience in the development and execution of
project management plans, coordinated the efforts of a team of developers, and
monitored development activities to ensure that project deliverables are completed
on time and within budget. Additionally, the candidate must have managed and
held accountable for vendor engagement relationships to ensure that the vendor
met requirements outlined in the contract's Statement of Work.
