Job Description:

Alfresco Tech Lead with 8-10 years of experience

Must have strong hands on experience in Alfresco 4.0 / Alfresco CMS

Experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate

Hands-on of PL/SQL will be an advantage

Design and implements solutions to help improve clients business processes

Provides technical information and training to internal and external customers.

Determines and verifies proper product configuration and requirements

Basic knowledge of database concepts and/or potential integration methodologies(ODBC, Web Services) with line of business solutions

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions through automated decision technologies such as OCR, workflow, and dynamic content repositories

Excellent communications skills both oral and written

Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, thriving in cross-functional, cross-departmental collaboration
