VB .NET App Developer

POSITION DESCRIPTION

(What is the person's role/responsibilities? List specific expectations or deliverables)

Responsibilities include –

· Analysis of the business requirements and translate them into High level and low level design specs.

· Solid in technology. Will play a lead designer role in the team.

· Coding, unit testing and supporting different phases of testing.

· Responsible for production implementation and support activities.

· Coordinating with offshore and responsible for status updates.

· There are some applications in VB 6.0 and classic asp so the candidate that has past/current working experience in those technologies.

· Health insurance domain knowledge is a must

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

(What skills/experiences must this person have to even be considered?)

· Senior level resource – with at least 5+ years of experience in the following

· VB 6.0, Classic ASP, COM +, SQL Server

· ASP .Net, C#, VB.Net, SSRS, SSIS, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, RDLC

NONESSENTIAL SKILLS DESIRED

· (including team oriented, managerial skills, etc.)

· Team player, Strong leadership qualities, Onsite-Offshore coordination

· Effective communication, Client facing, Analysis and Design skills.
