Job Title: SFDC – IVR integration Developer
Location: Chicago
Start : ASAP
Duration: 6+ Months

·         SFDC to IVR integration. They are considering a couple of products for this (http://www.insidesales.com/). They need help with defining roadmap, data flow etc. For this they are looking for a consultant with experience on SFDC – IVR integration.

·         Commercials Architecture Assessment – They have separate product for Sales Territory management which is integrated with SFDC. They want to know if this functionality can be implemented in SFDC. Broadly, they want an assessment of the landscape with recommendations on improvement.
