Must-Have   
•At least one Implementation Experience of PeopleSoft HCM version 9.0 or higher as “Absence Management” functional or techno-functional person
•Expert  knowledge of Absence Management and should be able to
oCreate Functional and Technical design documents
oCreate absence take and entitlement
oUse supporting elements to complete configurations
oWork with pay group, element group and eligibility group
oRunning Absence Processing
oReview Results and Debug issues
•Integration of Absence Management with other modules
Good-to-Have   
•Organization structure and Core HR set up
•Knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine
