Location: Geneva, IL
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 1-2 Months
Responsibilities:
My client has an opening for an SAP PS Lead in Geneva, IL. Start is ASAP & will last for 1 to 2 MONTHS.
Contractor must provide their own laptop equipped with the following:
- Current virus protection software
- Microsoft Office including Word, PPT, Excel, Visio, and Project
- Laptop must support use of the current SAP GUI 7.30
- Expenses are standard; however, meals are covered via the standard per diem for Chicago, IL.
- Cell phone expenses are not covered.
- Hotel, airfare, rental car, parking, tolls, mileage, will be covered.
The contractor will be required to:
- Create workshop presentation decks
- Facilitate Blueprint workshops
- Prepare Process requirements documents (Blueprint design)
- Complete system configuration and unit testing
- Prepare functional specifications
- Support integration testing
- Define data conversion requirements and support client data conversion needs
- Help with security role definition
- Define training curriculum requirements
- Assist client with training exercise creation
- Support business cutover planning

- Blueprint documentation
- System configuration and supporting Configuration documentation
- Functional specifications
- Knowledge transfer worksheets
- Meeting minutes
- Powerpoint presentations as needed
- Team Status reports
