Position: Sr. Veeva – Salesforce Developer

Location: Gaithersburg

Type: C2C/C2H

 

Job Description: Need Veeva Developers with SFDC experience ( Virtual Force and Apex) as well.

 

Must Have Skills:
·         SFDC.Com
·         Veeva Admin Certified.
·         Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
·         Pharma knowledge especially consumer care would be a plus

 

Desired Skills:
·         Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
·         Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task in a fast pace environment
·         Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management).

 

Job Roles / Responsibilities:
·         Supporting a client application which is hosted on SalesForce by providing solutions to the issues raised by End Field User or by Sales Force Effectiveness department of the client.
·         Need to be proactive in providing Value Additions to the current system.
·         Providing support to Project team that is working on Project activities, eg Setting up the DEV-QAS environment, Loading of data.
·         Excellent customer support and interpersonal skills and the ability to talk directly with the business are essential.
