1. Agile methodology.
2. Candidate must possess a minimum 3 years of experience in developing solutions with SharePoint 2007 and 2010.
3. Experience in working with SharePoint Designer 2007 and 2010.
4. Excellent knowledge of image manipulation software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop or Microsoft Expression)
5. Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, CSS, ECMA Script, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery
6. Strong knowledge of InfoPath 2007 and 2010
7. Strong knowledge of Visual Studio 2008 and 2010
8. Experience with Responsive Web Design
9. Knowledge of software design patterns such as MVC, OOP, SOA, and data structures
10. Familiarity with source control integration specifically Microsoft TFS 2007 and 2010
12. Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
14. Candidate must be detail-oriented and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
