Key words to search in resume    SCCM , SCCM Designer, SCCM Implementation &Windows Patch Management along with SCCM, SCCM Client Migration from 2007-2012 in large environment(3000+ Systems)
Technical/Functional Skills  -MUST HAVE SKILLS    Should know SCCM Migration(2007-2012) in both Server and Client
Should possess Designing Knowledge on SCCM
Should be able to provide Best Practices, Solution, consulting approach, gap analysis, Roadmap for Migration, Recommendation, and Planning etc.
Should know to perform SCCM Implementation along with Patch Management

Roles & Responsibilities   
Application Delivery & Patch Management
1. Move ~1000 packages and ~70 Task Sequences to SCCM 2012 and translate a goodly number to the new Application Model.
2. Migrate ~25,000 SCCM 2007 workstation clients to the 2012 client. Includes migrating 164 Distribution Point servers to the 2012 environment. There should be a minimal amount of time using parallel systems or where packages are not available.
3. Implement best methods of determining the Primary User on workstations. Leverage that for user-based application delivery and asset/license tracking.
4. Simplify Microsoft Updates patch deployment process using new 2012 features.
5. In all of this, work closely with PG&E personnel to determine the best solutions, transfer knowledge, and solve problems that are unique to our environment.
PC Deployment & OSD/MDT
1. Convert or re-build to SCCM 2012 User Driven Installation (UDI) with a focus on moving toward a Configuration Management Database (CMDB/MDT DB) controlled Zero Touch Installation (ZTI) model.
2. Convert or re-build User State Migration Tool (USMT) for 2012 compatibility.
3. Implement best practice methods for:
                Driver management
                Reference image management
                User affinity provisioning
                Core application package update processes
                MS Updates applied during OS Deployment
Asset Management
1. Tool Integration (Make sure existing tools work in SCCM 2012)
2. Check and/or Re-write Custom Reports
3. Software Metering Tools and Delegation
4. Determine Primary User strategy
5. Add consistent un-install to all packages
