Accountable for analysis, design, development, implementations, and upgrades of infrastructure, software, and technology solutions.
Responsible for assisting with buy, rent, build decisions; designs and documents functional and non-functional requirements with appropriate methodology.
Responsible for using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business needs to improve and meet service level expectations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Web Administration or Engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with other infrastructure engineers, service operations, architects, and project managers on application server design, configuration, estimation, and performance issues.
• Experience needed in web application platforms, web servers, web monitoring and reporting tools, and basic network skills.
• Ability to function as a technical resource in problem resolution for web infrastructure hardware and software issues.
Experience with design, build, and administration of IBM WebSphere application Servers OR ASP.NET.
• Basic familiarity with concepts and technologies used in cloud computing with the ability to learn and grow our cloud environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
As projects are implemented, deployment activities at nights and on weekends is possible.
Also, during warranty period, support and incident management of issues related to projects is required
