Position: Informatica BA

Location- Perimeter area GA

Duration- 10 months to hire need only USC and GC holders, only locals

Interview mode- phone screening and face to face interview

 

Activities

 

*         Identify and document sources for Customer to Customer Group alignment.  Sources may be internal, and/or external.

 

*         Identify and document internal users, and usage, of Customer Group information.  This will include, but is not limited to sales, marketing, pricing, strategy and customer data management.

 

*         Update/create (or supervise) customer group tables in SVOC and/or MDM Hub.

Deliverables

 

*         Documented repeatable sourcing plan for Customer to Customer Group alignment.

 

*         Work flow/Process flow, and data flow plan for maintenance and upkeep of Customer Group structures in SVOC and MDM Hub.

 

*         Documented roles and responsibilities in the maintenance and upkeep of Customer Group structures in SVOC and MDM Hub.

 

*         Present the above to Management for approval.

 

*         Present the above to the affected teams and define changes required to incorporate activities into their job roles.

 

*         Identify areas for process improvement and/or technology improvements with regards to the Customer to Customer Group alignment.

 

*         An updated accurate customer group structure for the 14 pilot groups and any additional groups required by that team through the remainder of the year.

 

*         Identify the data quality indicators to assess the quality level of groups.

Skills

 

*         Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

 

*         Good presentation skills

 

*         Good analytical and research abilities

 

*         Strong working knowledge of Informatica IDD, SQL, Excel and MS Access

 

*         General knowledge of the Automotive Sector
