Skills and Experience Required:

Technical Skills: 

• Hands-on development experience with Core Java, J2EE, Web Services, IBM WebSphere, WSAD, Oracle, Tomcat, MS SQL Server
• JSON, XML, Maven, Struts, Spring Framework, Oracle

Non-Technical Skills:

• Experience leading teams of experienced developers
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to deliver constructive feedback and the ability to lead by example
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills 
• Experience interfacing with internal and external customers

Desired Skills:

• Experience RESTful Services, Rational Software Architect (RSA), WS-Security
