Kronos WFC 6.2

Functional Support

Kronos Configuration

Supporting in-Touch clocks

 

Recent experience (5+ years) configuring and supporting Kronos WFC v 6.2 or later, including WIM and 4500 time clocks.

IVR experience a plus.  

Lawson HR/PR experience is preferred but not required.             

Experience with other TA and ERP systems a plus.           

Must know how to program Knonos Rules- Ability to verify and evaluate the specifications and maintenance of upgrades, setups, and programming. Must understand the mechanics of the Kronos application at the database (SQL) level.        

Must have functional Knowledge Kronos people record maintenance including, but not limited to – adding, changing and terminating employees.

End user Kronos training experience a plus.        

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and an understanding of file layouts.
