Rates: $50/hr AI/ local candidate or all inclusive
TIBCO Developer with BW/BE experience
Project team is looking specifically BW.6x experience
The Tibco Developer is responsible for the development and implementation of high performance Tibco code and configurations.
Responsibilities encompass reviewing code, designing, developing, testing, deployment and documenting requirements created by fellow peers, and suggesting further changes for continuous improvement of the team's final deliverable.
Role requires a Specialist to Expert Master Level developer with high proficiency in Tibco technical products. Provide Tibco technical consultation to the team.
Responsibility:
• Create/modify mock-ups, high level design documents that meet development standards and business requirements (Ex: Visio diagrams, UML etc.).
• Participate in model and solution construction activities to ensure architectural and operational requirements are fully met.
• Work with the team, and independently to develop/support Tibco solutions as per discussion with business users, fellow technical leads, documented requirement
s and design documents.
• Engage fully with team to build relationships with business users, database/software solution users, peers and management.
•Adept knowledge of Tibco Platform products, including Tibco Enterprise Message Services (EMS), Tibco Business Events, Tibco Active Matrix Business Works 6.x/5.x, Administrator, Policy Manager and Performance Manager.
• Participate in the design, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership of platforms and applications services.
• Previous analysis of stability trends (could be application/server/reporting on regular intervals or when issue/escalation transpires).
• Ability to distinguish between bad design/bad syntax solutions / implementation methodologies and good ones, while taking into consideration performance impacts and best practices.
• Ability to code and develop solid syntax when designing/coding for the Tibco solutions.
• Product requirements creation and prioritization documents
• Business process mapping documents
• Design and document system product requirements to meet with business requirements.
• Implement, test and deploy system product requirements
• Implement automated testing of system product requirements
• Optimize system product requirements for efficient solution to meet requirements.
• Provide Technical consulting (standards, implementation, Tibco products) to our team
• Deployment and product support for the application
• Technical consulting for the project team.
Qualification:
• Have implemented solutions with an agile development process.
• Have implemented solution with a test driven design.
• Strong Tibco expertise is mandatory
• Experience in with large scale application development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business), or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with Tibco related products.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience in relational database management systems, this includes:
1. Tables â€" Primary-Keys/Hash-Keys, Attributes etc.
2. SQL â€" Joins - Inner/Outer, Right/Left, Grouping, Sorting, Filtering etc.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills written and oral (ability to express and understand complex technical concepts in BI domains)
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to diagnose complex technical problems to root cause; ability to summarize prognosis and impacts as appropriate to all levels.
• Continuous desire and aptitude to learn and contribute.
• Experience working with international teams is a plus.
• Effective communications as a team member within the team and with clients/users, to recommend design configurations and optimal design.
• Must be able to think 'outside the box' and be innovative and help out where necessary.
• Work as a team player in a geographically dispersed team environment.
• Must be able to multi-task, to work on multiple projects at the same time.
